1:1 Coaching

3-Month Coaching Experience

$300/month

This is a structured, personalized coaching experience designed to help you create meaningful, lasting change.

We focus on building awareness, shifting patterns, and developing habits that fit your real life—not an ideal version of it.

What’s included:

  • Two 60-minute coaching sessions per month

  • Initial 75–90 minute deep dive session

  • Personalized, realistic action planning

  • Between-session support via Practice Better
    (responses Monday–Friday within 24–48 hours)

Ongoing Support (After Initial 3 Months)

$200/month

Once you’ve built a foundation, you can continue with a lower level of support to maintain consistency and stay on track.

  • Two 30-minute sessions per month

  • Continued guidance and accountability

Focused Sessions

For short-term or targeted support:

  • 60-minute session — $155

  • 30-minute session — $85

    If you decide to continue into coaching within 7 days, your session fee will be applied to your first month.

Consulting & Speaking

I partner with businesses and organizations to support employee well-being through a more practical, sustainable lens.

Offerings may include:

  • Workshops and speaking engagements

  • Wellness program consulting

  • Behavior change and habit-focused education

  • Coaching sessions for employees

Each engagement is customized based on your organization’s needs.
